We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle the full spectrum of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing daily HR operations while supporting leadership in building a strong, positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from job posting to employee induction.

Employee Relations: Foster a healthy workplace culture, handle grievances, and conduct engagement activities.

Performance Management: Coordinate appraisal cycles, maintain evaluation reports, and track employee KPIs.

HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance & leave tracking, assist in payroll processing.

Training & Development: Coordinate internal and external training sessions for continuous employee growth.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, etc.), and maintain updated HR policies.

Exit Formalities: Handle resignations, final settlements, and exit interviews smoothly.
