Brief Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who can independently handle all HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, process-driven, and capable of building a strong organizational culture in a fast-growing tech and training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Plan and execute end-to-end hiring processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll teams.

  • Performance Management: Develop and track KPIs, conduct appraisals, and support professional development programs.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work culture.

  • Policy & Compliance: Draft and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute training sessions and workshops.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HRMS tools, and payroll coordination.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
