We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who can independently handle all HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Plan and execute end-to-end hiring processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll teams.

Performance Management: Develop and track KPIs, conduct appraisals, and support professional development programs.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work culture.

Policy & Compliance: Draft and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
