The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and monitoring the IT infrastructures of our clients, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and operational continuity.
Main Responsibilities:
o Monitor IT infrastructure using Checkmk and proactively address issues for both internal and customer environments.
o Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-related issues in Linux and Windows environments.
o Manage and maintain hypervisors and physical infrastructure.
o Administer and maintain backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
o Escalate complex issues to service providers or vendors and collaborate for resolution.
o Develop and maintain scripts using Bash or PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
o Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
