We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA initiatives, ensuring the highest level of product quality, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices. This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality releases within timelines.
Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automation test strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product management, DevOps) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Manage client interactions, understand requirements, and provide quality insights proactively.
Conduct and oversee testing in multiple areas including Functional and Regression Testing, Performance and Load Testing, security auditing etc
Identify QA process improvements and automation opportunities.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of ownership and accountability.
Prepare detailed test reports, metrics, and present QA status to stakeholders.

Senior QA Lead
Brief Description
Preferred Skills
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
Mandatory: ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level).
Preferred: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or equivalent Ethical Hacking / Security Testing Certification.
Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, etc.).
Experience in API, Load, Performance, and Security Testing.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities with a proactive mindset.
