The platform powers millions of secure, real-time transactions across ecosystems such as travel, retail, gift cards, and digital assets — delivering data-driven, scalable, and frictionless experiences for consumers and enterprise banking partners.
What You’ll Work On
As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business strategy and technology execution — owning the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable delivery outcomes.
You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and engineering leads to define and evolve the platform’s capabilities across earning, redemption, catalog management, and customer engagement workflows.
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading requirements definition across multiple business domains — loyalty, rewards, payments, and partner integrations.

Translating strategic goals into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.

Facilitating workshops with banking clients and internal product teams to capture and refine business needs.

Defining and documenting API-level and system integration requirements, working closely with backend and frontend teams.

Analyzing end-to-end customer journeys, identifying process gaps, and proposing optimization opportunities.

Collaborating on UAT planning, test coverage validation, and release readiness reviews.

Leveraging AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, traceability, and change management.
