As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for streamlining release management processes, building scalable CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality deployments across Salesforce environments. Your expertise in version control, automation, and deployment tools will enable faster delivery cycles, improved collaboration, and reduced risk in production. You will collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and administrators to implement DevOps best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Must-have Technical Skills:
● 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience with a focus on DevOps and release management ● Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX for source-driven development
● Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
● Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and branching strategies (Git Flow, release-based) ● Proven ability to implement and optimize deployments using third-party DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT)
● Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata management, sandbox strategies, and change set alternatives
● Experience with integration and automation of deployments across multiple environments
● Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, profiles, and permission sets with DevOps governance in mind
● Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment failures and performance issues
● Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles and environment management
