Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales through direct client interactions, field visits, and relationship-building.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product presentations, demos, and proposals to address client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Engage in proactive field prospecting through client meetings, networking, and cold calling.
  • Strategize effective approaches to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Present new product offerings and features to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in product sales/business development, preferably in IT/ITeS or related industries.
  • Strong background in field sales with hands-on experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to identify product differentiators and present clear value propositions.
  • Competency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to representing the company positively in all client engagements.
