Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and other digital channels. This role is key to driving revenue growth and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and research potential clients or candidates.

    • Use cold calling, emails, social media, and other digital tools to generate leads.

    • Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the company.

  2. Sales & Client Engagement

    • Conduct sales calls to potential clients, presenting products or services effectively.

    • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups.

    • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  3. Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align strategies.

    • Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and market feedback.

    • Contribute to team targets and sales goals.

  4. Customer Support & Retention

    • Address client queries promptly and professionally.

    • Ensure a positive client experience to encourage repeat business.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to build rapport over the phone and email.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence clients and handle objections effectively.

  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and closing techniques.

  • CRM & Technology: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.

  • Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify prospects, understand market trends, and gather information.

  • Time Management: Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet targets.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adjust sales strategies.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  Candidates with 0-1 year of experience are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.

  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the industry or product being sold is advantageous.
