Understand the customer needs, shape solutions, and deliver compelling demos and trainings that move deals forward. This role blends customer conversations, technical work (POCs, integrations testing), and collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Qualify opportunities and map customer pain points to product capabilities.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored product presentations, demos, and walkthroughs.
- Run structured discovery; document use cases, success criteria, and solution fit.
- Draft solution proposals, configurations, and effort estimates aligned to requirements.
- Build/assist POCs and pilots (environment setup, workflow config, basic data prep, API trials).
- Ensure proposed architectures are feasible, scalable, secure, and competitive with market offerings.
- Provide timely technical clarifications during the sales cycle; coordinate smooth handover to Delivery/Implementation.
- Capture and relay client feedback, feature requests, and edge cases—including field insights from end users (e.g., delivery drivers)—to Product, and track through release.
- Maintain presales assets (demo scripts, sample datasets, architecture diagrams, use-case libraries).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings; synthesize insights for Product and Sales.
- Enable internal users/stakeholders with training on new or refreshed features and technical talking points.
- Represent the company at ONDC/industry and domain forums; share takeaways internally and drive follow-up actions tied to product gaps and releases.
- Generate qualified leads via outbound outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), networking at ONDC/industry events, and partner channels; keep a clean, up-to-date prospect list in the CRM.
- Convert leads into opportunities and new customer projects by running discovery calls, aligning use cases, and driving proposals/POCs to commitment
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and forecast pipeline contribution.
