Brief Description

Bid & Documentation / Proposal Management
Manage the end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP bid process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and timely submission.
Prepare, draft, and design high-quality business proposals, presentations, and bid documents aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing high-quality proposals, client presentations, and technical/commercial documentation.
Track bid progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement continuous improvements to increase proposal success rates.
Maintain a centralized repository of templates, case studies, and bid documentation for reuse and reference.


International Marketing & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and bring new business opportunities across IT and BPO domains through proactive outreach and networking.
Develop and execute strategic international marketing plans to target global markets.
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and customized solutions
Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology demands in IT and BPO sectors.
Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads

Develop customized pitches and presentations to convert prospects into customers
Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports for management

Digital Marketing & Branding
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth.
Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms to actively generate qualified leads.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, implementing best practices for international reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with sales and bid objectives.
Track and analyze primary metrics, revenue, and paid advt initiatives weekly and monthly


Preferred Skills

Years of Experience preferred: 3-5 years in IT/ITES sectors    
Work/Posting Location: Trivandrum - Work From Office Only    
Preferred Technical Qualification: Mandatory proven experience in IT, BPO, or related service-based industries for the international markets. Strong command of written and verbal English with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
