About the Role
As a Client Service Manager at Fresh Mind Ideas, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded. You will manage client relationships, oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, and work closely with internal teams (design, web, content, digital marketing) to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Web, Digital Marketing, Content) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and KPIs, and present insights and reports to clients regularly.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Handle client escalations and provide proactive solutions.
- Contribute to the agency’s reputation by maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.
