Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with exceptional UX thinking and a strong eye for UI to shape world-class experiences at Way.com. You will play a critical role in designing flows that power our car super-app, influencing millions of users.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of core product experiences
- Solve complex user problems with simple, intuitive interfaces
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align business goals and user needs
- Elevate design quality by mentoring team members and setting standards
- Build and validate design solutions through research, prototyping, and usability testing
