Job Summary:
The Finance Executive will assist with daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records,preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities: ·
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries. ·
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and handle vendor inquiries.
Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections. ·
Managing Financial transactions, processing invoices and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payments. ·
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts and ensure consistency between ledgers and financial statements.
Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records. ·
Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
