Arbor India (Freshers Hiring Program) is an exclusive opportunity for candidates with background in B.Tech, B. E, BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science). This caters to the freshers who possess the necessary knowledge and drive for technology and innovation. Students who stand out in the Hiring selection process will have the chance to join Arbor India– freshers Hiring program. This program offers training in contemporary technologies and offers complete IT experience through a thorough and holistic global IT career akin to Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Product Engineer under the Freshers Hiring Program, you will:
- Participate in a 12-month structured training programme delivered by expert training partners.
- Engage in technical sessions and mentorship from Arbor’s Engineering Leads.
- Apply learning in real-world projects and live scenarios under supervision.
- Collaborate in product engineering, QA, and DevOps rotations to build end-to-end skills.
- Complete assigned coding modules, milestone assessments, and team projects.
- Seek feedback actively, embrace continuous learning, and uphold Arbor’s culture of teamwork.
- Demonstrate commitment to programme expectations, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after successful completion.
