Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Executive – Telecom (Back Office) to assist our front-line sales team in managing end-to-end sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer order processing, documentation, internal coordination, and post-sales support—ensuring seamless execution of telecom service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Order Processing: Manage the complete order lifecycle – from quotation to activation – for telecom products (e.g., internet leased lines, MPLS, SIP, PRI, mobility, etc.).
· CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer data, order status, and documentation in CRM and internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP).
· Coordination & Follow-up: Liaise with cross-functional teams (provisioning, NOC, billing, logistics) to ensure timely service delivery and resolve delays.
· Quote & Proposal Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and customer agreements.
· Customer Support (Back Office): Respond to internal queries on order status, activation timelines, and document requirements.
· Reporting & MIS: Generate daily/weekly sales trackers, pending order reports, and delivery SLA dashboards.
· Compliance: Ensure documentation aligns with internal policies, regulatory norms (TRAI, DOT), and customer contract requirements.
