You’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day marketing execution – from managing social media channels to finding creative ways to insert our brand into relevant online conversations.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style.
- Outreach & Community Engagement
- Conduct direct outreach (DMs) to potential leads, influencers, and communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, etc.
- Identify and engage in relevant online conversations, threads, and forums (e.g., Quora, Reddit, niche Facebook/LinkedIn groups).
- Build relationships that increase brand visibility and credibility.
- Content Support
- Assist in drafting, editing, and repurposing short-form content (posts, captions, emails, discussion replies).
- Collaborate with internal team for input on thought-leadership content and campaigns.
- Growth & Research
- Identify online opportunities for brand placement (guest posts, niche forums, product-hunt-style communities).
- Track engagement metrics, experiment with tactics, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Execution Speed
- React quickly to trends, conversations, and opportunities online.
- Handle multiple tasks without compromising quality.
