Brief Description

  • Need to make customer calls as per targets defined and close the software sales on call.
  • Need awareness of using laptop and mobile devices.
  • Any IT hardware skills would be advantage.
  • Previous Sales experience if any is an added advantage.
  • Assist with customer queries and provide support as and when need arises.

 

Other Skills :

  • Lead Generation:

Identifying potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.

  • Prospect Qualification:

Engaging with leads to understand their needs, explain product features, and determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.

  • Sales Support:

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.

  • Relationship Building:

Building initial rapport with prospects and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.

  • Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

Qualification : 10th/ 12th Pass

Experience   : 0-1 year

Mode of Work : Work from office , Technopark Trivandrum

Proficiency in English and Malayalam  required.
