- Need to make customer calls as per targets defined and close the software sales on call.
- Need awareness of using laptop and mobile devices.
- Any IT hardware skills would be advantage.
- Previous Sales experience if any is an added advantage.
- Assist with customer queries and provide support as and when need arises.

- Lead Generation:
Identifying potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
- Prospect Qualification:
Engaging with leads to understand their needs, explain product features, and determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Sales Support:
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
- Relationship Building:
Building initial rapport with prospects and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Product Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
