Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in ERP/IT solution sales. This role involves understanding client business needs, demonstrating Odoo solutions, and driving end-to-end sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on Odoo product features, updates, and market trends.

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ERP/Software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
