Responsibilities
- Own and optimize HubSpot and Zoho CRM/MarTech stack for outbound campaigns.
- Design and execute multi-channel lead-gen campaigns (email, social, paid, events).
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into campaigns.
- Monitor funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Pipeline) and continuously improve performance.
- Introduce A/B testing and reporting to maximize ROI.
- Train and mentor junior team members in Martech best practices.
