Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize HubSpot and Zoho CRM/MarTech stack for outbound campaigns.
  • Design and execute multi-channel lead-gen campaigns (email, social, paid, events).
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategy into campaigns.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Pipeline) and continuously improve performance.
  • Introduce A/B testing and reporting to maximize ROI.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in Martech best practices.

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Zoho (certifications a plus).
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing, campaign automation, and analytics.
  • Track record of achieving pipeline targets and driving revenue.
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS preferred.
