Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of developing and delivering impactful product features that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to transform innovative ideas into market-ready solutions—fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Ownership – Drive product features from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify opportunities and implement impactful product enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, timely product releases.
  • Performance Management – Track product performance metrics and execute strategies to maximize growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Alignment – Communicate priorities, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Preferred Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in product management.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping – Defining a clear vision, goals, and long-term plan for a product, and translating them into a prioritized roadmap that guides development and release.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Using quantitative and qualitative data to inform choices, validate assumptions, and measure product performance for better business outcomes.

  • User-Centric Design Thinking – Applying a creative, iterative problem-solving approach focused on understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.

  • Stakeholder Management – Building and maintaining positive relationships with individuals or groups who have an interest in the product, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

  • Agile Product Development – Using flexible, iterative methods to develop and deliver product features quickly, adapting to feedback and changing requirements.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Researching industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats for product positioning.

  • A/B Testing & Experimentation – Comparing two or more variations of a product element with real users to determine which performs best.

  • Go-To-Market Execution – Planning and carrying out the strategies needed to launch a product successfully, including positioning, messaging, and channel selection.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping – Creating visual blueprints and interactive mockups of a product to test concepts and guide development before final build.

  • User Research – Collecting and analyzing feedback, observations, and data from real users to understand their behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

  • Proven track record of launching successful user-facing products.
