Job Title: Associate AI Developer

Required Years of Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Remote

We are looking for an AI Developer with 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in deep learning frameworks, model training/fine-tuning, and API-driven integrations, with hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, CV, or speech-based use cases.
2. Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) or domain-specific AI models.
3. Integrate AI workflows into applications using REST/gRPC APIs.
4. Preprocess and manage structured/unstructured datasets for training and inference.
5. Implement scalable inference pipelines with focus on performance and cost optimization.
6. Collaborate with product and engineering teams for end-to-end AI feature delivery.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and tools.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

1. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
2. Familiarity with model compression (LoRA, QLoRA, quantization, distillation).
3. Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
4. Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
