We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Developer with 3–5 years of proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in .NET for backend development and React.js for frontend, with the ability to drive end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications using .NET and React.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend–backend integration.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Participate and take ownership in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct R&D and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and design.
- Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural decisions.
