Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR functions
Proven working experience in HR operations
Proven experience in delivering data-driven results across HR functions
Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and HR support.
Assist with performance management, appraisal processes, and HR analytics.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
