Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You will work closely with the leadership team and department heads to ensure a productive and supportive work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling, onboarding
  • Keep employee records organized and updated in HR tools
  • Coordinate performance reviews, training programs & employee engagement
  • Support payroll, leave management, and policy documentation
  • Act as the go-to person for HR-related queries
  • Help maintain a positive, productive remote work culture

 

 

Preferred Skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related field (tech/startup experience is a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR software (Zoho, Freshteam, etc.).

  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or technology company.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India and/or international markets.

  • Exposure to international hiring and remote workforce management.
