Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with 10+years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of open-source solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance architectures for open-source applications.
- Select tools, frameworks, and libraries to meet project and business needs.
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring quality and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, architectural guidelines, and design patterns.
- Resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities in the codebase.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
- Promote adoption of open-source tools and frameworks; contribute to open-source projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentor developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as the technical expert, resolving complex challenges and roadblocks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Foster innovation and experimentation to push technical boundaries.
