Job Responsibilities
1.Recruitment and Hiring :Sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.This include job postings,resume screening,conducting interviewsand facilitating the hiring process
2.Employee o Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees,ensuring they have the neccessary paperwork,orientation,and training .Similarly ,offboarding process when employees leave the organization.
3 Employee relations:Handle employee relations matters,including conflict resolution,disciplinary actions and employee grievances .provide suggestions to promote positve work enviornments ,meditate disputs and ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
4. Compensation and benefits :Manage employee compensation and benfits programs.This include salary administartion,bonus plans,employee benefits enrolment,and managing payroll processes.
5performance management :Implementing performance management systems and processses.This involves setting performance goals based on directions given by the higher management,conducting performance evaluations,providng feedback,and facilitating employee development plans.
6.Policy development and compliance:Develop and communicates company policies and ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.They educate employees about policies and procedures,maintain employee handbooks,and handlelegal and regulatory compliance matters.
7.Training and development :Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge .This may include organizing workshops,training sessions and implementing employee development progams.
8.Employee engagement and Retention:Focus on initiatives to enhance employee engagement,satisfaction and retention.This may include organizing workshops,training sessons,and implementing employee development programs.
9.Hr Administration :Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records,managing Hr systems and database,and ensuring employee data confidentiality
10.Legal Compliance:Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance .They must assist with legal matters ,contracts and workplace investigations.
