Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate employee training programs, monitor participation, and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives to promote continuous improvement.
- Support managers and employees in HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to help inform compensation and benefits strategies.
