Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Operations Lead to manage and support our Sales Team members across the United States. The Sales Team is responsible for selling car wash memberships at various partner car wash locations. As the Operations Lead, you will oversee day-to-day scheduling, performance management, training, and wages coordination, while serving as an advocate for the team. This role requires working U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours and managing a team of 8–20 sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Support
- 
Lead, coach, and support 8–20 sales team members based across the U.S.
- 
Serve as a point of contact for daily needs, ensuring team morale and motivation.
- 
Act as an advocate by listening to feedback on challenges, opportunities, and product improvements.
- 
Scheduling & Operations Management
- 
Create and manage daily schedules and location assignments for team members.
- 
Ensure proper coverage across car wash partner locations.
- 
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
- 
Performance Management & Training
- 
Track and evaluate daily sales performance metrics.
- 
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve outcomes.
- 
Conduct onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring consistency and sales readiness.
- 
Payroll & Finance Coordination
- 
Ensure sales team members are paid accurately on a daily basis.
- 
Collaborate with Way’s Finance Team to resolve payroll issues promptly.
- 
Maintain accurate reporting for hours worked and commissions earned.
- 
Continuous Improvement & Advocacy
- 
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- 
Gather feedback from sales reps to improve tools, processes, and products.
- 
Partner with leadership to implement new initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness.
