Duties and Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Scheduling

Assist in developing and designing social media posts (graphics, videos, and text).

Write engaging captions and post descriptions.

Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
2. Social Media Management

Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

Engage with followers to build brand awareness.
3. Analytics & Reporting

Track social media performance using insights and analytics tools.

Prepare reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Suggest improvements based on data analysis.
4. Market & Trend Research

Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and trending topics.

Identify new content opportunities.
5. Advertising & Promotions

Assist in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.
6. Influencer & Brand Collaborations

Help identify potential influencers or brand partners.

Assist in communication and coordination for partnerships.
7. Community Engagement

Participate in online conversations related to the brand.

8. SEO & Hashtag Strategy
