Job Description – HR Intern(Paid)
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the recruitment process
- Support onboarding activities, including preparation of documentation and induction programs
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Draft HR communications such as emails, policy updates, and internal notices
- Provide support in attendance, leave management, and basic payroll data collation
- Participate in HR analytics by compiling data and preparing simple reports
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Education & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, or a relevant specialization in HR / People Management
- Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, commerce, or related fields is a plus
