We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles and a passion for achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience across B2B, B2C, and/or D2C sectors.
  • Strong understanding of both product-based and service-based sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a target-driven approach.

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or service delivery domains.
  • Familiarity with digital sales, online marketing channels, or e-commerce strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
