About the Role:
We are seeking a commercially minded Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative transport and mobility solutions that drive measurable customer value and business growth. You will own the product vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure every release aligns with market needs, strategic goals, and ROI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure timely delivery of features and iterations.
- Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs and ensuring customer value in every release.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and continuously refine features for improvement.
· Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Review sessions as part of Agile/Scrum methodology.
· Engage with clients, transport authorities, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and market demands.
· Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
· Maintain a deep understanding of traffic and transport technologies, including trends in ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and Smart City initiatives
- Make data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives and maximize business impact.
- Ensure that deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Key Impact Areas:
- Define and deliver a clear product strategy aligned with Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and Smart City developments.
- Engage with clients, transport authorities, and industry partners to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

- Champion customer value, usability, and quality in every release.
Domain Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of traffic management, transport infrastructure, and emerging mobility technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and procurement in the public transport and infrastructure sectors.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
