ABOUT ROLE
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support and assist senior Business Analysts in gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring smooth communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business analysis and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Assisting senior Business Analysts in gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Helping to translate business needs into clear documentation for the development team.
- Supporting understanding and gathering business requirements.
- Supporting Liaison Between Business and Development Teams:
- Helping senior Business Analysts bridge the communication gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
- Assisting in ensuring business goals are clearly communicated to development teams and vice versa.
- Supporting the Creation of User Stories and Use Cases:
- Assisting in the creation of user stories and use cases that define how end-users will interact with the software.
- Supporting the definition of acceptance criteria for features and functionalities.
- Assisting in Meetings and Sprint Planning:
- Helping with organising requirement review meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Assisting senior Business Analysts in preparing test scenarios for UAT and helping to coordinate testing efforts.
- Supporting in identifying and documenting any defects or issues raised during UAT.
- Assisting with Change Management and Impact Analysis:
- Helping in the analysis of changes requested by clients or stakeholders.
- Assisting in documenting the potential impacts of changes on existing processes and systems.
- Supporting Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Helping with market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends.
- Supporting senior Business Analysts in identifying opportunities for LTS to enhance its offerings based on market insights.
- Assisting with Process Mapping and Documentation:
- Aiding in the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business workflows.
- Assisting in documenting the current and future processes for stakeholders and development teams.
