Key Job Responsibility:
- Manage the selection process for project based / internal positions, including requisition management, development of recruitment strategy and candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure adequate flow of qualified resumes for candidate
- selection to meet job opening needs.
- Screening and conducting the first round of interviews and forwarding the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager for further evaluation.
- Aptitude with internet search techniques – Boolean Search
- Provide daily/weekly reports on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions including outreach and response for each position as needed.
- Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing and selection
- processes/ practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Maintaining tracker and database with open positions and closing them within deadline.
- Take ownership of Candidates & Clients follow-up by designing and managing it
- Developing job postings and position requirements
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Try his/her best in achieving the minimum required submissions and above on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
- Give his/her best to ensure the minimum closures and above (three or above) for the month.
- Be consistent in performance and motivate the junior team members so that overall team productivity is improved.
- Be self-motivated and work independently on multiple activities, priorities and adapt to changing conditions
- Be able to handle allocated client accounts and interact with client POC’s if need arises.
- Be self-motivated and motivate other team members to perform their best.
