We're seeking a customer-focused Product Operations Executive to be the bridge between our healthcare clients and our technical teams. You'll provide expert support for our B2B digital health platform, manage technical setups, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Product Support: Handle inquiries on product features, issue investigation and resolution, where required in collaboration with other teams.
- Customer Onboarding: Supporting customers on setups of their preferred product configurations involving white-labelling, configuration of their 3rd party service accounts
- Customer Success: Help customers derive the best value for their business from the product features by engaging with customers and educating them on how best to use the product.
