Role Overview:
 
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role involves resolving queries, promoting insurance products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound & Outbound Call Handling:
    • Manage calls from UK customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate product information.
    • Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Achievement:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
    • Resolve queries promptly and ensure a positive customer journey.
  • Record Management:
    • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Ensure data accuracy for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service goals.
    • Share best practices and support colleagues to enhance team performance.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Adhere to FCA regulations, Consumer Duty principles, and company policies during all interactions.
    • Follow approved scripts and maintain high compliance scores in quality audits.

  • Knowledge of FCA guidelines and UK insurance market regulations (advantageous).
