Brief Description

We are looking for Claims Handlers / Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, process claims, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest standards of service.
 
UK experience is highly desirable, and prior insurance industry experience is a strong advantage—but not mandatory. We also welcome freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to claims and customer service.
  • Assist customers in reporting First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and gathering relevant information.
  • Validate and process claims in line with company guidelines and compliance standards (FCA regulations).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, service partners, and underwriters.
  • Manage claim updates via email and phone, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and escalations effectively, ensuring fair outcomes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging conversations.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Team player with a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Skills

 
  • Previous experience in UK customer service or claims handling (highly desirable).
  • Insurance experience will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply (full training provided).
