Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive who thrives on bringing in new business and closing deals. This role demands a strong sales hunter mindset, proven ability to convert leads into clients, and confidence in presenting IT solutions that address business needs. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-oriented, and passionate about driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.

  • Build Pipeline: Create and manage a strong sales funnel to ensure consistent deal flow.

  • Engage Decision Makers: Establish relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and business leaders to position our solutions effectively.

  • Pitch & Present: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals that highlight business value.

  • Negotiate & Close: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from first contact to negotiation and successful deal closure.

  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate solution mapping during client discussions.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to sharpen the sales pitch.

  • Customer Success Handoff: Ensure smooth transition to delivery/support teams post-sale, reinforcing long-term relationships.

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of proven IT sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and close deals.
