Brief Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, a flair for creating engaging content, and a passion for staying ahead of trends across major social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging social media content (images, videos, copy, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage content calendars and scheduling to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Analyse performance metrics, engagement rates, and audience insights to optimise future content strategies.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and community engagement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar and communication skills (MUST).
  • Proven experience of 2-8yrs as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and its application to social media.
  • Ability to consistently follow and apply brand guidelines across all content.
  • Creative mindset with strong skills in visual storytelling and copywriting.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Loomly, Metricool.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics with the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
