Brief Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting products/services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales and business growth

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role 
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
