Brief Description

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to accelerate business growth and client acquisition. You will play a vital role in positioning our communication products to businesses, driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. 

This role involves frequent client interactions and travel, along with ownership of the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at delivering tailored communication solutions that address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, outbound strategies, and networking.
  4. Deliver impactful product presentations and demos customized to client requirements.
  5. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience.

Preferred Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry.
  2. 0 - 1 year of experience in communication technology industry or customer engagement platforms.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. High energy, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and travel as needed.
  6. Strong networking ability with a proven record of closing deals.

  • Entry will be permitted upon approval of the pass; show the softcopy at the gate (or print from the kiosk if needed).

Walk-In Entry Pass

Candidates are requested to apply for the entry Pass to Technopark Campus to attend the Walk-In interview through mobile app/ web browser. Once the pass is applied, the entry pass will be sent to their registered mobile number/ e-mail id. The softcopy of the entry pass can be shown on their gadgets at Technopark Entrance Gate to enter into the Campus.

Candidates who do not have a smartphone can print their hardcopy of the entry pass on the scheduled date of the interview from the self-operating Kiosks placed at the Reception Building near TECHNOPARK Main Gate by using the 5 digit OTP (One Time Password) received as SMS/ e-mail.

Note: Original certificates will be verified at the Entry Gate for the Walk-In interview entry.
