We are looking for a Trainee, Finance and Accounts to join our Corporate team. This is a fresher position ideal for candidates eager to start their career in accounting and finance. The trainee will be placed at our office in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
●Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including sales, purchases, and operational expenses.
● Support in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
● Support in the preparation of project-wise MIS reports.
● Learn and assist in statutory compliances TDS, PF, GST, Softex, SEZ, FIRC, Income Tax (etc)
● Help in preparing client invoices and tracking receivables.
● Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
● Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
● Provide support during audits by coordinating with internal teams.
● Learn accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls followed in the organisation.
Stipend : INR 15,000 per month
Note: Success Trainees after training period will be absorbed as Executive, Finance and Accounts
