• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flights,
hotels, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
• Ensure adherence to company travel policies and budgets.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and submit reports as required.
• Support emergency travel requests and respond to travel-related issues promptly.
• Manage and monitor visa applications, renewals, work permits, specifically US , UK and
Australia region
• Liaise with immigration consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies to ensure
compliance.
• Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders of work permit and short-term visa
holders
• Be available to support employees, beyond normal working hours during emergencies or urgent travel situations
