We are seeking a smart, active, and talented Digital Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM), along with the drive to deliver results, think creatively, and stay ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to increase organic traffic and search engine visibility.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and more.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content to drive audience engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and social media insights.
  • Design and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), optimizing for reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Build and manage online communities and engage with followers to foster brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing innovations, tools, and algorithm changes.

Preferred Skills

  • 1–4 years of proven experience in SEO and SMM, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Smart, proactive, and active team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithm updates, and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid ads across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
