Brief Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves responding to calls, emails, and chat queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting overall service quality.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.

  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare service reports.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.

  • Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution, and customer feedback.

  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Prior experience in customer support / BPO / call center preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Good command of English and regional languages.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Walk-In Entry Pass

Candidates are requested to apply for the entry Pass to Technopark Campus to attend the Walk-In interview through mobile app/ web browser. Once the pass is applied, the entry pass will be sent to their registered mobile number/ e-mail id. The softcopy of the entry pass can be shown on their gadgets at Technopark Entrance Gate to enter into the Campus.

Candidates who do not have a smartphone can print their hardcopy of the entry pass on the scheduled date of the interview from the self-operating Kiosks placed at the Reception Building near TECHNOPARK Main Gate by using the 5 digit OTP (One Time Password) received as SMS/ e-mail.

Note: Original certificates will be verified at the Entry Gate for the Walk-In interview entry.
