Role Overview : We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Senior B2C Email Marketing Specialist to lead our product-focused email marketing efforts. This role demands deep expertise in Mailchimp, a strategic approach to customer engagement, and the ability to drive product growth, retention, and conversions through data-backed, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Strategy & Execution – Design and implement impactful email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, automations, and workflows using Mailchimp and other platforms.
- Audience Segmentation – Utilize customer insights to build segmented lists and deliver personalized, targeted messaging.
- Performance Optimization – Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously enhance performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, design, and content teams to create visually compelling, high-impact email campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track key performance indicators, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
