Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and hands-on Regional Manager – Operations to lead regional performance, boost sales, and strengthen vendor relationships in one of our fastest-growing business verticals. This role demands a leader with proven operational expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Operations Leadership – Oversee daily operations across assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistent sales performance with timely reporting.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment – Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with operational goals, maintain data integrity, and generate actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Vendor Management – Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with vendors to drive mutual success and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation – Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, implement innovative sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Management – Act as the primary escalation point for critical operational challenges, driving swift resolutions and implementing process improvements.
  • Process Optimization – Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Adaptability – Demonstrate flexibility by supporting night shifts and occasional weekends to meet business requirements and ensure seamless operations.

Preferred Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a related functional area.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.

  • Strong cold-calling skills to engage new, inactive, or hesitant customers effectively.

  • Highly organized and a natural team player, with proven collaboration capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and internal ticketing or CRM systems.

  • A solution-driven mindset, with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches.

  • Comfortable working independently, managing real-time challenges, and staying composed under pressure.

  • Strong analytical thinking, with an instinct to ask “why” and dig deep into operational problems.

  • A growth mindset with a willingness to continuously up-skill to enhance personal and team performance.
