Role Overview
We’re looking for a visionary, results-oriented leader to head our end-to-end HR operations. As Senior Director – HR Operations, you’ll champion operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle—leveraging data, automation, and next-gen HR technology to deliver a seamless, high-impact employee experience in our fast-paced, tech-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Design and implement scalable, technology-driven processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Champion automation and AI-powered solutions to streamline recruitment, engagement, and HR analytics workflows.

Data-Driven Strategy

  • Build a comprehensive HR analytics framework with real-time dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Track and report key metrics such as hiring velocity, payroll accuracy, retention, engagement, and productivity.

  • Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to strengthen workforce planning, reduce attrition, and boost performance.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to refine performance management systems including OKRs, feedback loops, appraisals, and talent reviews.

  • Ensure fairness, consistency, and timeliness across all performance-related processes.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead audits, conduct risk assessments, and update policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR operations team with a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver seamless cross-functional support.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing actionable, data-driven insights to maximize HR’s impact and organizational success.

Preferred Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations.

  • Prior experience in product or technology companies with fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and AI-enabled tools for recruitment, employee service, or performance management.

  • Proven experience in delivering data-driven results across HR functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations, build shared services models, and drive automation and process excellence.

  • Strong understanding of compliance and labor laws across regions (India/US/global preferred).

  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Experience working in global or distributed teams.

  • Certification in HR Analytics, AI in HR, Six Sigma, or SHRM/SPHR preferred.

  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Workday, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRMS tools.
