Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, analytics-oriented SEM Manager to lead our paid search strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, boosting online visibility, and increasing revenue through impactful search engine marketing campaigns. You will manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused digital experiences aligned with our brand vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies that boost visibility, capture high-intent audiences, and drive measurable conversions.
Keyword & Audience Insights – Perform deep keyword research and audience segmentation to uncover high-value opportunities aligned with campaign objectives and market dynamics.
Campaign Execution & Optimization – Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and strong ROI.
Data-Backed Decision Making – Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate performance, extract insights, and guide strategic adjustments.
Performance Reporting – Deliver clear, actionable reports that highlight KPIs, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with content, design, and development teams to optimize ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages for maximum conversion impact.
