Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of our brand’s digital growth. You will own the strategy and execution of our social media presence—driving brand awareness, deepening community engagement, and creating meaningful interactions across multiple platforms.

Content Strategy & Execution – Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of impactful content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms, optimized for engagement, reach, and performance.
Community Management – Drive daily interactions by responding to comments, messages, and user content in a personable, brand-consistent manner. Cultivate and grow an engaged, loyal online community.
Brand Growth & Advocacy – Design and launch creative campaigns that deepen emotional connections, foster loyalty, and encourage user advocacy.
Analytics & Optimization – Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI, reach, and engagement.
Influencer & Partnership Development – Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to expand brand presence and credibility.
Trend & Innovation Leadership – Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and tools to maintain a fresh, competitive brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with design, content, product, and customer support teams to deliver cohesive messaging and high-impact campaigns.
Budget & Resource Management – Oversee social media budgets and allocate resources strategically to ensure maximum ROI.
Reputation Management – Monitor brand sentiment, address feedback proactively, and protect Way.com’s reputation across platforms.
